At least 5 people were injured in an explosion along Quezon Boulevard in Manila, near the Quiapo Church late Friday evening, around 10 P.M. according to PNP.
Two were admitted to Jose Reyes Medical Center and 1 was brought to PGH as per Senator Richard Gordon's tweet update.
Two of the victims at the crime scene were a girl who broke her leg and a man who had back injuries. According to Astorga's post, these people were found still breathing but were seeking for immediate help.
As of this writing, the police are still investigating the incident and are looking for the CCTV footages around the area.
NCR Police Office regional chief Director Oscar Albayalde told radio DZMM that eyewitnesses reported seeing two men on a motorcycle throwing an explosive in the area.
The incident occurred in the midst of ASEAN Summit.
