According to Asis' write-up, Quijano left the apartment she shares with the "Most talented girl in the world" last week.
Another source told Asis that the 'Pyramid' singer now resides with a fan after what happened.
The split issue was then confirmed by Carl Cabral, Charice's new manager, through ABS-CBN showbiz reporter MJ Felipe but dismissed the other issue.
"Yes, Charice and Alyssa have broken up and it was a mutual decision," said Cabral
"Charice is not accepting any interviews and now taking a break. He's doing fine and he's happy," he added.
Charice and Quijano were in a relationship for more than 4 years now. They first admitted their relationship back in 2013 in an interview at the Buzz with host Boy Abunda, also his godfather.
After celebrating their anniversary last year, the two said they were already talking about having a child and getting married.
Charice first rose to international fame after Ellen DeGeneres invited her to perform on her show in 20017 after watching her videos on Youtube.
She has appeared on other US shows such as The Oprah Winfrey Show, Glee Season 2 and has performed with international music artists like David Foster, Celine Dion, Andrea Bocelli, Canadian Tenors and more.
She also has appeared in international movies like Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakquel, Here Comes the Boom and the documentary-concert film, Celine: Through the Eyes of the World.
Charice is the first Asian to enter the Top 10 on Billboard 200 album chart.
