A pure-blooded Vietnamese is one of the lucky housemates of Pinoy Big Brother Lucky Season 7, Regulars.
Thuy, the "Lucky Bet na Miss ng Tacloban" became an official regular housemate after the Season 7 lucky celebrity housemates completed the seven challenges during their stay in Vietnam Big Brother House.
Nguyen was born in Palawan by refugees parents from Vietnam War back in 1970 who fled and found solace in the Philippine province. "They went three days and two nights without barely any food," she shared.
Later, the camp her parents were staying in were burned down twice, forcing her family to move to Tacloban City where she spend her childhood and young teenage days. Thuy migrated to the US when she was 12 years old, and eventually graduated with a degree in Nursing at the San Jose State University in United States.
She re-entered the house as an engaged woman to fiancé Nick. He proposed after she got out of the Vietnam house where the PBB celebrity housemates once resided.
