One of the controversial housemates of the famous house in the Philippines is the Former StarStruck contestant Jesi Corcuera. He was dubbed at the "Transman of the House ng Cavite" upon entering PBB.
Jesi was once an artist of the Kapuso network as she was part of the artista search competition in 2006 prior to joining PBB. She was publicly introduced as a woman in Starstruck which she had the chance to work with one of the Kapamilya Leading men, Paolo Avelino who was also one of the contestants.
After being silent for the past few years, Jesi created noice when he appeared on PBB not as a woman but a TRANSMAN. "Gusto ko i-spread ang equality sa tao," he said to the members of the LGBT community.
To be part of the reality show was tough for him. "Sobrang hirap ng audition kaya sobrang happy na nakapasok ako," said Jesi on It's Showtime, hours before joining ABS-CBN's reality show. PBB became Jesi's medium in reveling who he really is not just to the world but more importantly to his mother.
